Christina Heinzmann is the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Group Manager for Vectra Bank Colorado.

She is responsible for influencing the business plan by enhancing the potential of people through her leadership of the human resources and learning and development teams at Vectra Bank Colorado. In her position, she plays a critical role in developing strategies for talent management to include employee engagement, learning and development and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Vectra Bank Colorado in 2008, she spent eleven years supporting other financial institutions including Citibank, First Horizon Merchant Services and U.S. Bank in a variety of human resources leadership roles.

Heinzmann is a graduate of Regis University with a Master in Science. She is also a graduate of Metropolitan State College in Denver with an undergraduate degree to support her human resources experience.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Heinzmann is a certified Emergentics coach and a member of the Boys & Girls Club Alliance Board.
