Account Transition Plus
Let us assist you in transitioning your old bank’s checking and savings accounts as well as direct deposits, payments and automatic withdrawals with our Account Transition Plus service. With your consent, a specialist will contact your old bank, merchants, utilities and other service providers and mail them the appropriate information to make the transition to your new Vectra Bank account. To make the switch to Vectra Bank, all you need to do is request an Account Transition Plus Kit and follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Account Transition Plus Organizer for Personal Accounts (personal pdf forthcoming).
- Sign and date each Account Transition Plus letter required to move your banking relationship, transfers, direct deposits and withdrawals.
- Return the Account Transition Plus Organizer and signed letters to your Personal or Business Banker.
Vectra will monitor your new account to confirm that your accounts, payments and deposits have been transferred and will notify you of any additional steps required by your service provider. Plus, we'll waive any account maintenance fees (if applicable) for three monthly statement cycles once we receive your completed kit. When all of your payments and direct deposits have been successfully transferred to your new Vectra Bank account, we will obtain your approval to close your old bank account.
