As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure we maintain the highest levels of safety and security of our customer information, Zions Bancorporation and our affiliate brands will be conducting a security upgrade to our encryption requirements for all our online services. This upgrade is being done in order to maintain the highest level of data security and to align with industry best practices. It is expected that this upgrade will impact some older browser and operating systems for some of our users. It is expected to impact all our digital systems, including our banking websites, online and mobile banking applications, along with other consumer and business banking tools. The security upgrade is being planned for the end of June 2020. Once the upgrade has been completed, affected users will no longer be able to access any of our systems until a corrective action is taken as described below.
Is my system impacted by the upgrade?

What can I do to avoid an interruption in my service?
As with all technology services, it is always recommended that you upgrade your computer software as soon as possible to the latest version available. Remaining on outdated software can have major impacts to your online security. Continuing to use an operating system or browser that is no longer supported by its developers exposes you and your device to significant number of risks and vulnerabilities, since your device no longer receives regular updates and security patches that help protect you from malware. Any personal information and other data you share over the internet and store on your computer can be at risk.
