With Direct Connect for Businesses, your statement information can be downloaded directly into the check register of your financial software, allowing you to accept cleared items and reconcile your accounts. On top of that, you’ll be able to manage all of your finances, transfer funds, pay bills with Bill Pay and access account information 24 hours a day. Direct Connect is only $5.00 per month for business and $3.00 per month for personal!

If you're already a Intuit QuickBooks® or Quicken® user, and you have a checking account with Vectra Bank, you’re ready to start Direct Connect.

Quicken gives you access to your Vectra Bank accounts day or night. Download your account statements directly into Quicken and easily transfer money between accounts. Find out at a glance which checks have cleared. Reduce data entry to almost nothing. Review your transactions and automatically update and reconcile your Quicken register. With Direct Connect, your Quicken entries are always consistent with your account statement.

QuickBooks provides all the key features you need to manage your business. It’s easy because QuickBooks works the way you do. Just fill in familiar checks, invoices and forms onscreen, and QuickBooks does all the accounting for you.

What are the differences between Direct Connect and Online Banking?

In general, Direct Connect uses a Personal Financial Management (PFM) software package such as Quicken®, or QuickBooks®. With your PFM software you can access Vectra directly and download banking information into your software’s check register as well as pay bills online. Online Banking uses a web browser, such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, to create a secure connection between your computer and Vectra’s Internet site using the World Wide Web. What versions of Direct Connect software can I use with Vectra Bank?

Vectra Bank Colorado supports Money Plus, Quicken Windows 2006-2009, Quicken Mac 2005-2007 & 2009, QuickBooks Windows only 2006-2009.

If your software is not listed above, you may be required to upgrade before using Direct Connect with Vectra Bank Colorado. Check with your program manufacturer for details.

How do I add additional accounts to my Direct Connect?

The first step is to create a new account within your software by entering the correct account number. All checking, money market, and savings accounts use 10 digit account numbers. After completing the required fields, contact Online Banking at 1–800–884–6725 to request the linkage of the additional account, and access will be provided within 24 hours.

What is the cost of Direct Connect?

Access to your accounts (ability to view balances, transactions, and transfer funds) is provided at a cost of only $5.00 per month for business and $3.00 per month for personal. The optional Bill Pay service charge is also free for non–business accounts.

How do I find out my Direct Connect PIN code if I have forgotten it?

Contact Online Banking at 1-800-884-6725. If you have the letter containing the original PIN code issued by Vectra Bank, we can reset the PIN to the one appearing on the document. If you do not have the original letter, it will be necessary to reissue the PIN, which will take 7–10 business days.
