1. What are the differences
between PC Banking and Internet Banking?
In general, PC banking uses a Personal Financial Management (PFM) software
package such as Quicken®, QuickBooks®,
or Microsoft Money®. With your PFM software you can access
Vectra directly and download banking information into your software's
check register as well as pay bills online. Internet banking uses a web
browser, such as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, to create a
secure connection between your computer and Vectra's Internet site using
the World Wide Web. The Internet gives you access to your banking transactions,
as well as the ability to pay bills, apply for loans online, etc.
2. What versions of PC Banking
software can I use with Vectra Bank?

3. What is the Vectra Bank
routing number and Customer ID that my software requires?
The routing number is 102003154.
The Customer ID is your Social Security Number or for
businesses your Tax ID Number.
4. How do I add additional
accounts to my PC Banking?
The first step is to create a new account within your software by entering
the correct account number. All checking, money market, and savings accounts
use 10 digit account numbers. After completing the required fields, contact
Online Banking at 1-800-884-6725 to request the linkage of the
additional account, and access will be provided within 24 hours.
5. What is the cost of PC
Banking?
Access to your accounts (ability to view balances, transactions, and
transfer funds) is provided at no cost. The optional Bill Pay service
charge is also free for non-business accounts.
6. How do I find out my
PC Banking PIN code if I have forgotten it?
Contact Online Banking at 1-800-884-6725. If you have the letter
containing the original PIN code issued by Vectra Bank, we can reset the
PIN to the one appearing on the document. If you do not have the original
letter, it will be necessary to reissue the PIN, which will take 7-10
business days.
