Can I pay bills
with Internet Banking?
Yes, when you sign up for Vectra Bank Colorado's Internet
Bill Payment.
What is the
difference between Internet Banking and PC Banking?
Internet Banking allows you to access your account information from anywhere
as long as you have an Internet Connection - work, airports, hotels, etc.
PC Banking utilizes software on your PC such as Money, Quickbooks or Quicken
to manage your bank accounts.
Both services allow you to make transfers between your
accounts and pay bills electronically without having to use stamps. With
the PC Banking software you can use the built-in check register, graphs,
reports and budget planner, allowing easy management of your accounts.
Internet
Banking - Between which accounts can I transfer funds?
As long as the accounts have the same Social Security or Tax ID number,
you can transfer funds from any of your Vectra Bank Colorado checking,
savings and money market accounts to your checking, savings, money market
and credit card accounts. You may not transfer money between your personal
and business accounts using Internet Banking.
When do transfers
made on the Internet post to my account?
A transfer initiated through Vectra Bank Colorado's Internet Banking before
3 p.m. (Mountain Time) on a business day will be posted to your account
the same day and be available the next business day. Anything initiated
after 3 p.m. will be available in 2 business days.
How
do I enroll a business account on the Internet?
You will need to obtain a Business Internet Account Access Agreement from
your local branch or by calling Online Banking Customer Support. Complete
the form and have your signature witnessed by one of the branch officers.
We will send the completed form to our Online Banking Customer Support
Department. When your account has been set up you will receive your user
name and password via USPS, which you can use to begin Internet Banking.
Do
I need to complete a Business Internet enrollment form for a sole proprietorship?
No, since an individual owns the business, there is no need to take extra
steps to ensure that Internet Banking access is limited to that individual.
If I have both
personal and business accounts, can I view them together?
Because business accounts have an Employer Identification Number, they
cannot be viewed in the same session as personal accounts.
Does my business
need to have an ATM card to enroll for Internet Banking?
No, by calling Online Banking Customer Support, an access number can be
created that enables the accounts for use with Internet Banking.
Can I give
my employees limited access to my business accounts on the Internet?
No, the only access available is your given user name and password. It
should be safe-guarded against misuse by others.
What do I
need to get started?
It's easy. Now, you can call Online Banking Customer Support at 1-800-884-6725
between 8am - 8pm to receive a User Name and password.
How long does
it take to get started?
After you have called Online Banking Customer Support at 1-800-884-6725
and received a User Name and password, you can begin using Internet Banking
immediately.

How current
is my account information?
Your account information is updated each morning, Tuesday through Saturday.
How far back
do the transactions go?
You can view transactions that have cleared your account through your
previous and current statement cycles.
What if
I forget my password?
If you are an Internet Banking customer, contact Online Banking Customer
Support at 1-800-884-6725 to obtain a one-time password, which will get
you back into your Internet Banking account. From there, you'll be prompted
to select a new password.
Why do I
need to verify my computer's date, time, and time zone settings?
To assist us in maintaining a high level of security, it is necessary
for your computer's date, time and time zone settings to be correct.
How do
I verify that my computer's date, time and time zone settings are correct
in Windows 95 or Windows 98?
If you are using Windows 95 or Windows 98, you can verify that your date,
time, and time zone settings are correct by double-clicking on the clock
in the lower right corner of your screen. Verify and update the date and
time as needed. Verify the time zone setting by clicking on the "Time
Zone" tab. Click "OK" when you are finished.

Internet Banking with Bill Payment
What are the
benefits of Internet Bill Payment?
- You can pay your bills without having to update a
checkbook, match payment coupons with the check and pay for stamps!
- Pay anyone in the U.S. (tax and court ordered payments
excluded).
- Vectra Bank Colorado or its service provider, will
debit your account and send the payment to your payee. The payment will
be sent electronically or by check if the payee does not accept electronic
payments.
- Scheduling payments just five business days in advance
will ensure all arrive by the due date.
- The cut-off time for payments is 6:00 p.m. (Mountain
Time).

How do I get
started with Internet Bill Payment?
It's easy. Now, you can call Online Banking Customer Support at 1-800-884-6725
to receive a User Name and password. Then:
- Logon to www.vectrabank.com
- Access the "Sign On" page by clicking on the "Sign
On" button
- Enter your User Name and password and click "Sign
On"
- To enroll for Internet Bill Payment, click on the
"Internet Bill Payment" button found on the "Choose Account" screen.
- After you enroll, you'll get an email from us within
48 hours confirming that you can now pay your bills online.
How long does
it take to get started?
Once you've finished all the steps on how to get started, you will receive
an email confirmation within 48 hours from us. You can then start paying
bills immediately. If you do not get a confirmation, please call Online
Banking Customer Support at 1-800-884-6725.
How much does
Internet Bill Payment cost?
Internet Bill Payment service for consumers is $4.95 per month for 20
bills. Additional bills are $.50 per bill. Business accounts pay $9.95
per month for 20 bills. Additional bills are also $.50 per bill.

How long does
it take to get started?
For security reasons your PIN number will be mailed to you after you've
completed the application. Once you receive the information you can start
banking immediately.

PC Banking cost?
PC Banking is free and consumers pay $4.95 a month for 20 bill payments.
Additional bills are $.50 per bill. Business accounts pay $9.95 per month
for 20 bills. Additional bills are also $.50 per bill.

is my account information?

do the transactions go?
You maintain your history on your own computer, continually downloading
your transactions into your electronic software check register.
What if I forget
my PIN?
If you are a PC Banking customer, contact Online Banking Customer Support
at 1-800-884-6725. If you still have your most recent PIN issue, Online
Banking Customer Support will reset your PIN to the number on that letter.
If you do not have the last PIN issue, they will issue you a temporary
PIN, by mail, that will allow you to access the PC Banking system. Your
software will ask you to change your PIN on your next connection.

What kind
of browser do I need for Internet Banking and Internet Bill Payment?
We require that you use a browser that supports a 128-bit encryption,
and suggest either the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft
Internet Explorer. We recommend that at a minimum you use Netscape Navigator
version 4.04 or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01. Click for a

What should
I do if I have problems with my browser?
Your browser may not be compatible with Vectra Bank Colorado's Internet

What
security measures does Vectra Bank Colorado use for Internet Banking products?
Vectra Bank Colorado provides the latest encryption technology to protect
our customers. Encryption technology codes the information sent between
you and Vectra Bank Colorado, so that the "key" to unlock the information,
is safe from outsider access. Please see our Online Banking Terms and
Conditions for more details.
Will
an unauthorized person be able to access my accounts?
No. Only the signers on the accounts will have access to your accounts,
using their individual User Name and password. The password is the most
important means of protection for you when accessing Vectra Bank Colorado's
Online Banking products. Never share your password with someone else.
