Can I pay bills with Internet Banking?
Yes, when you sign up for Vectra Bank Colorado's Internet Bill Payment.

What is the difference between Internet Banking and PC Banking?
Internet Banking allows you to access your account information from anywhere as long as you have an Internet Connection - work, airports, hotels, etc. PC Banking utilizes software on your PC such as Money, Quickbooks or Quicken to manage your bank accounts.

Both services allow you to make transfers between your accounts and pay bills electronically without having to use stamps. With the PC Banking software you can use the built-in check register, graphs, reports and budget planner, allowing easy management of your accounts.

Internet Banking - Between which accounts can I transfer funds?
As long as the accounts have the same Social Security or Tax ID number, you can transfer funds from any of your Vectra Bank Colorado checking, savings and money market accounts to your checking, savings, money market and credit card accounts. You may not transfer money between your personal and business accounts using Internet Banking.

When do transfers made on the Internet post to my account?
A transfer initiated through Vectra Bank Colorado's Internet Banking before 3 p.m. (Mountain Time) on a business day will be posted to your account the same day and be available the next business day. Anything initiated after 3 p.m. will be available in 2 business days.

How do I enroll a business account on the Internet?
You will need to obtain a Business Internet Account Access Agreement from your local branch or by calling Online Banking Customer Support. Complete the form and have your signature witnessed by one of the branch officers. We will send the completed form to our Online Banking Customer Support Department. When your account has been set up you will receive your user name and password via USPS, which you can use to begin Internet Banking.

Do I need to complete a Business Internet enrollment form for a sole proprietorship?
No, since an individual owns the business, there is no need to take extra steps to ensure that Internet Banking access is limited to that individual.

If I have both personal and business accounts, can I view them together?
Because business accounts have an Employer Identification Number, they cannot be viewed in the same session as personal accounts.
