If you are enrolled in Vectra Internet Banking, you can sign up for Bill Pay by logging in and selecting "Bill Pay" from the menu at the top of the screen. After completing the enrollment process, just wait 1-2 days, select the "Bill Pay" menu again and you are ready to pay bills!
